Purchasing from us

By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We may contact you for confirmation in the case of placed large amount of order.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we received payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions accepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price.

For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

Order / Delivery

You are responsible for the order made by you and you have read through the product specifications before placing the order.

We aim to dispatch goods to you within 2-10 working days after payment is received but we could not guarantee an exact delivery date.

We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Order Cancellation

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, order cancellations are permitted with the condition that cancellation makes within twenty-four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment. Kindly email and inform our customer service team at INFO@CONQUERTAC,COM your decision to cancel the order.

Upon confirmation of cancellation, we shall deduct a minimum of RM2.00 from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.

Complaints

We try very hard to exceed our customer expectations. In case we fail and you need to complain about our service then please email us: INFO@CONQUERTAC,COM We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours.

Damaged or defective goods

All Buyers are advised to inspect the goods when receiving them for defects or damage. If a defect or damage is found, the Buyer must notify us within 24 hours after the goods are received. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option to repair or replace the goods.

Refund Policy

Good(s) sold are not refundable.

We will only refund the Buyer ( product’s cost and shipping fees paid ) if the Order is (are) ran out of stock due to color, size, specification etc.

Warranty

Only electrical products are provided with a warranty. The warranty period shall follow what stated by the Manufacturer, which usually stated in our product’s description, otherwise 7 days warranty period will be applied from the date of received for that none indicate warranty period.

Buyer is responsible for all the costs involved in transporting the items for warranty.

The warranty may not apply or void due to any of the following:

If the customer is unable to provide the Proof of Purchase.
If unauthorized repairs are made or attempted by unauthorized personnel or the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible or the model or production number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, modification, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non-compatible hardware and the like.
This warranty does not cover customer self physical damage.
Defects caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
